01 / REGULARLY MACHINED
Start with the grade on your drawing.
These are frequent materials in OUJI’s machining work. The exact standard, condition and sourcing are confirmed for each order.
Other grades or special materials? Send the complete specification for review.

03 / MACHINING EXPERIENCE
See the material in an actual project.
Drawings, machining routes and inspection excerpts from published OUJI projects. Each case states what its evidence covers.
EN AW-6082 aluminum; exact temper not published
Holding 0.02 mm Position in EN AW-6082 Aluminum with 3+2 CNC Machining
- Drawing requirement
- ⌀0.02 mm position to datums A | B | C
What this case documents
Production confirmation reports the critical dimensions as OK, but the public case does not include measured values, inspection footage, cycle time or material temper.
304 stainless steel
304 Stainless Steel: Multi-Face Datum Control in a 50-Part Run
- Project quantity
- 50 parts
What this case documents
The order quantity is 50 parts. The published measurements cover the two displayed CMM evaluations. Engineering reviewed and approved the B → C to C → B datum-order change. The ISO-referenced drawing and the ASME Y14.5 program setting are documented separately; the comparison is to the programmed limits. The excerpt does not establish batch-wide acceptance or a sampling plan.
AerMet 100 alloy steel
AerMet 100 Hard Machining: 6-Up Fixturing and a 20-Part Cutter Interval
- Project quantity
- 1,800 completed parts
What this case documents
The material grade, order quantity, process sequence and observed tool-change intervals come from OUJI production records and photographs. The 51–54 HRC value is a drawing requirement, not a published hardness measurement. The CMM screen covers one randomly selected finished part and one front-side inspection program; three mapped characteristics are published from its 12-characteristic report. This does not establish batch capability, Cpk, yield, a result for the other 1,799 parts or a zero-defect result.
04 / BEFORE THE PURCHASE ORDER
Connect the details that affect delivery.
Move from a material name to an agreed specification, production route and documentation scope.
Material certificates
Specify the material records and traceability your order needs.
ManufacturingFinish compatibility
Connect material, coating and final dimensional requirements.
SpecificationGrade cross-reference
Review regional names without assuming an automatic substitute.
Still comparing materials?
Use a comparison or estimate as a starting point, then define the exact grade for your part.
DRAWING TO QUOTATION
Have a material on your drawing?
Send the drawing and quantity. We’ll review the material, machining route, finish and inspection requirements together.
Response within 24 hours of receiving complete project details.
Details already in your drawing do not need to be repeated. If a material is undecided, tell us what the part needs to do.
