Moisture and final dimensions
State whether inspection is on dry stock, conditioned parts or another agreed condition. Define the measurement environment rather than asking for one tolerance across every storage condition.

Engineering plastic / CNC MATERIALS
Also known as: Polyamide, PA
Machined nylon components specified by polymer type, formulation and inspection condition.
CNC milling & turning · Drawing-based orders
For a close-fitting nylon component, the inspection condition is part of the dimensional specification. PA6, PA66, PA12 and cast formulations should not be combined into a single “nylon” property value. OUJI has machined nylon; include the required stock formulation and conditioning instructions with a new drawing.
01 / MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
Match the full designation on your drawing. Frequent machining experience, published project evidence and specifications for review are shown separately.
| Grade / designation | Experience | Include with your drawing | Inquiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| PA6 | Specify for review | PA6: define conditioning and the measurement environment for tight bores or sliding fits. | Quote grade ↗ |
| PA66 | Specify for review | PA66: identify the supplied stock grade; do not reuse PA6 data as its acceptance specification. | Quote grade ↗ |
| PA12 | Specify for review | PA12: retain the exact formulation where moisture response influences the material choice. | Quote grade ↗ |
| Cast nylon | Specify for review | Cast nylon: state the cast grade, additives and required stock form for large sections. | Quote grade ↗ |
| 30% glass-filled nylon | Specify for review | 30% glass-filled nylon: specify the base polymer as well as glass content and critical feature orientation. | Quote grade ↗ |
OUJI machining experience: confirmed by the company owner, 10 September 2026. Family-level experience does not establish a specific grade, stock condition or customer end use; see individual row and case evidence.
Listed grades do not imply current inventory. Material condition, stock form and documentation are agreed with the quotation.
02 / MACHINING REQUIREMENTS
Focus on the details that change material purchasing, the machining route and finished-part acceptance.
State whether inspection is on dry stock, conditioned parts or another agreed condition. Define the measurement environment rather than asking for one tolerance across every storage condition.
Large diameter or thick-section parts may start from a different stock route than small extruded rod. Preserve the selected formulation and product data when comparing quotes.
Include the mating dimensions and required edge finish. If the buyer’s design depends on wear or running clearance, supply those acceptance requirements without assuming the machinist knows the final application.
ORDER DETAILS
Specify the requirements together so the quoted scope matches the finished part you need.
Specify the material records and traceability your order needs.

SpecificationReview regional names without assuming an automatic substitute.
Finishing is coordinated through specialist partners. View surface finishing services.
Temperature and moisture condition can affect nylon dimensions. Specify the conditioning and inspection environment for the part; a single measurement without those conditions may not describe the required assembled fit.
Use the sheet for the actual formulation and stock. The polymer designation, additives and stock-production route matter; a generic nylon table is insufficient for accepting a specific grade.
DRAWING TO QUOTATION
Send the drawing and quantity. We’ll review the material, machining route, finish and inspection requirements together.
Response within 24 hours of receiving complete project details.
Details already in your drawing do not need to be repeated. If a material is undecided, tell us what the part needs to do.
