Privacy Policy

Last updated:

OUJI Industrial Technology (“OUJI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of the people who visit our website, contact us or submit a manufacturing inquiry. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

1. Who We Are

OUJI Industrial Technology is the public-facing name of Dongguan Ouji Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (东莞欧技工业科技有限公司).

OUJI provides precision manufacturing and related engineering support for prototypes, low-volume parts and repeat production. This website helps prospective and existing customers learn about our capabilities, contact our team and request technical reviews or quotations.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, work email address, company name and country or region.
  • Your telephone number when you include it in a message or provide it during direct communication.
  • Inquiry details, project requirements, order communications and other information you send to us.
  • Drawings, specifications and technical files that you upload through our Request a Quote form or send by email.

We may also automatically receive limited technical information when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, request time, Cookie consent choices and basic security logs. The exact information depends on the services that are enabled and your consent choices.

3. Drawings and Uploaded Files

We use uploaded drawings and technical files only to evaluate your inquiry, assess manufacturing feasibility, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, support project and order execution. We do not publicly display these files, use them for marketing without authorization or sell them.

Access is limited to OUJI personnel and technical staff who have a business need to review the project. Where a qualified manufacturing partner is needed, we may share only the information reasonably necessary for technical review, quotation or manufacturing. Please avoid including personal information in technical files unless it is necessary for your request.

4. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your request.
  • Review drawings, assess manufacturability and prepare quotations.
  • Plan, perform and support orders and related quality or delivery activities.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
  • Protect the website, forms, our systems and users from spam, fraud and misuse.
  • Understand and improve website performance through analytics when you have provided the required consent.

OUJI does not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses necessary technologies for core operation and security. CookieYes manages Cookie choices and records your consent preferences. Non-essential analytics are not loaded unless the corresponding consent has been provided through the Cookie banner.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage approved website tags. When enabled in accordance with your consent, Google Analytics may process website usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address and Cookie or similar identifiers. You can review or change your choices using the Cookie settings available on the website.

When Analytics consent is enabled, we may retain first- and last-touch campaign information—such as UTM parameters, landing page, submission page and referring website—for a fixed period of up to 90 days so that a submitted inquiry can be associated with its acquisition source. Google advertising click identifiers, including GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID, are retained only when Advertisement consent is also enabled. Those advertising identifiers are removed from this local attribution record if Advertisement consent is withdrawn. If Analytics consent is declined, the inquiry contains only the submission page needed for form routing and no campaign, referrer, advertising identifier or attribution timestamp.

6. Service Providers

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries, including:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, request processing and Turnstile security verification.
  • Resend for delivery of Contact and Request a Quote submissions, including files you choose to attach.
  • CookieYes for Cookie consent management.
  • Google Tag Manager and, when enabled with the required consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads attribution.

These providers may process information on our behalf for the services they supply. We may also work with qualified manufacturing partners as described in the Drawings and Uploaded Files section. We do not authorize service providers or manufacturing partners to use project information for unrelated purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information, inquiries, drawings and related project records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet contractual, tax, compliance or other legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry or project; we do not claim a single automatic deletion period for all records. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to lawful retention requirements and routine backup processes.

8. International Data Transfers

OUJI serves international customers. Information may therefore be processed in countries or regions different from your own by OUJI, cloud and email service providers, or manufacturing partners involved in your project. Where information is transferred internationally, we use reasonable safeguards and limit access and use to the purposes described in this Policy.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect inquiry information and uploaded files. These measures include access controls based on business need, encrypted website connections, security screening for form submissions and restrictions on accepted RFQ file types and sizes. No method of transmission or storage is risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information and uploaded files, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw Cookie consent through the website's Cookie settings.

To make a request, email info@ouji-tech.com. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the relevant project before acting. Some requests may be limited by contractual, tax, compliance, dispute-resolution or other legal retention obligations. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

11. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our website, services or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may provide an additional notice of material changes.

13. Contact Us
