Titanium CNC Machining

Send the titanium grade, drawing and quantity for review of material sourcing, machining and inspection.

CNC milling & turning · Drawing-based orders

Is the drawing asking for commercially pure titanium or an alloy?

Keep Grade 2, Grade 5 and Grade 23 distinct before discussing geometry. Grade 23 carries an ELI designation; a generic “titanium” description loses that requirement. OUJI has machined titanium alloys, while the particular grade, product form and certificate remain order-specific.

01 / MATERIAL SPECIFICATION

Titanium grades & conditions.

Match the full designation on your drawing. Frequent machining experience, published project evidence and specifications for review are shown separately.

OUJI machining experience: confirmed by the company owner, 10 September 2026. Family-level experience does not establish a specific grade, stock condition or customer end use; see individual row and case evidence.

Listed grades do not imply current inventory. Material condition, stock form and documentation are agreed with the quotation.

02 / MACHINING REQUIREMENTS

Make the drawing ready for review.

Focus on the details that change material purchasing, the machining route and finished-part acceptance.

01

Small features and deep bores

Show full bore depth, corner requirements and access to cross holes. These details help review tool access and internal burr removal before estimating machining time.

02

Thin sections and final clamping

Identify the surfaces used to locate the part and the features that must remain aligned after release from the fixture. Include the inspection datum scheme with the model.

03

Surface condition at delivery

Define whether as-machined surfaces are acceptable and identify contact or sealing faces. A material certificate alone does not specify finished roughness or surface cleanliness.

PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS

Before you send the RFQ.

Inspection & quality records ↗
Can Grade 5 replace Grade 23 ELI?

Do not assume it. Keep the ELI designation and applicable product specification in the order; any alternative requires the buyer’s technical approval.

Does titanium machining imply medical or aerospace certification?

No. A material-family machining history does not establish certification for an end-use industry. Provide the actual product specification and documentation requirements so the order scope can be reviewed.

DRAWING TO QUOTATION

Have a material on your drawing?

Send the drawing and quantity. We’ll review the material, machining route, finish and inspection requirements together.

Response within 24 hours of receiving complete project details.

Start with what you have.

Details already in your drawing do not need to be repeated. If a material is undecided, tell us what the part needs to do.
