Five suppliers before the finish was right
This RF housing needed silver plating over a copper undercoat, with a consistent appearance both inside the cavities and on the external surfaces.
OUJI evaluated five plating suppliers. The first four did not achieve the required finish. With the fifth, process improvements focused on water purity in the plating process.
The selected partner achieved the accepted finish for the 100-part order. The customer places repeat orders approximately every six months.

Is OUJI ISO 9001 certified?
OUJI is not currently ISO 9001 certified. Projects are managed through drawing review, in-house process planning, production follow-up, inspection coordination, documentation review, and corrective action. Project-specific reports and certificates should be confirmed before production.
Can I order just one part?
Yes. CNC milling and turning samples start at 1 part. Swiss-type and micro-machining samples start at 100 parts. The production method and quantity are confirmed after reviewing your requirements.
Can we arrange an NDA before sharing drawings?
Yes. Email your NDA for review or request OUJI’s standard confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive files. You can start an inquiry without uploading drawings.
