MATERIAL PURCHASING & PROCESS GUIDE
Choose the material with the actual additive process. OUJI coordinates printing through specialist partners; printed polymers, photopolymer resins and CNC stock shapes require different data and acceptance criteria.
SPECIFICATION REFERENCE
Material names alone can hide differences in build orientation, reinforcement, cure or post-processing. Confirm the available process and exact formulation before treating a printed prototype as equivalent to a machined part.

Tell us the requirements needed for this order: appearance, assembly fit or a defined functional test. The production process can then be reviewed against those requirements without inventing the customer’s final application.
Mark surfaces or bores that require final machining and the associated datums. Include machining allowances and acceptance after post-processing where the buyer’s specification defines them.
If you permit a machined alternative, identify the acceptable stock material and any appearance or performance differences to review. Present it as a separate proposed route, not as the same material under another process name.
