Laser Cutting
Clean, repeatable profiles for brackets, panels, covers and enclosures.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION
Custom laser-cut, bent and welded parts for brackets, panels, covers, enclosures and low-volume assemblies. Material, bend, weld, finish and inspection requirements are reviewed before production.

Laser cutting, precision bending and welding for custom parts and assemblies.

Clean, repeatable profiles for brackets, panels, covers and enclosures.

Press-brake forming for flanges, channels, boxes, panels and chassis.

Controlled welding for enclosures, frames and multi-part assemblies.
We regularly work with aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, copper and brass. Grade, temper and thickness are confirmed against your drawing before production.
Other grades and material certificates are available on request.
| Material | Common grades |
|---|---|
| Aluminum | 5052-H32, 5083, 6061* |
| Stainless steel | 304, 316 / 316L |
| Carbon steel | SPCC, Q235, 1018 / 1020 |
| Galvanized steel | SGCC, SECC |
| Copper & brass | C110 / T2, C260 |
*6061 bending feasibility depends on temper, bend radius and grain direction.
Choose the finish by material, appearance and working environment. We confirm the final specification with your drawing.
| Finish | Materials | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Deburred | Most sheet metals | Clean, safe edges for functional parts |
| Brushed or bead blasted | Stainless steel, aluminum | A uniform matte or directional appearance |
| Anodizing | Aluminum | Corrosion resistance and optional color |
| Powder coating | Aluminum, steel, galvanized steel | Durable color for panels and enclosures |
| Electroplating | Steel, copper, brass | Protection, conductivity or decorative finish |
| Passivation / electropolishing | Stainless steel | Cleaner surfaces and improved corrosion performance |
Additional finishes are available. Include color, texture and masking requirements in your RFQ.

OUJI follows sheet metal requirements through drawing review, fabrication with our vetted partner network, finishing and final inspection—not only at quotation.
Before production, we confirm the drawing, material, bend details, weld callouts and critical dimensions. Before shipment, the agreed dimensional, appearance and documentation requirements are checked.
PROCUREMENT FAQ
Send the available 3D model and a dimensioned drawing. For laser-cut and formed parts, a STEP file together with a dimensioned DXF or PDF helps clarify profiles, bends, holes, weld details, and critical requirements.
Include quantity, material and grade, known bend and weld requirements, surface finish, visible or cosmetic surfaces, critical dimensions, inspection needs, and any required documents. Information may be provided in the drawing or project notes.
Current project experience includes aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, copper, and brass. Grade, temper, thickness, bend feasibility, availability, and certificate needs are confirmed against the drawing before production.
Yes. Depending on the material and project requirement, finishing may include deburring, brushing, bead blasting, anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, passivation, or electropolishing. Specify color, texture, visible surfaces, and masking requirements in the RFQ.
OUJI confirms the drawing, material, bend details, weld callouts, critical dimensions, finishing, and agreed inspection scope with the selected manufacturing resource. Critical-dimension checks, material certificates, inspection reports, and finish photos can be coordinated when requested and agreed before production.
