OUJI manufactures mechanical components to approved drawings. RF design, tuning and performance validation remain with your team unless separately agreed.
RF & ELECTRONICS PARTS
Filter housings, connector components and turned mounting parts, made to your drawings.

Housings, cavities and covers machined to your pocket, wall and mating-face requirements.

Bodies, contacts and sleeves with stepped diameters, bores, threads and specified finishes.

Ball-head fasteners, threaded shanks and mounting components for your electronic assemblies.
Send your drawing for heat sinks, waveguide sections, shielding covers or brackets. We review the geometry, finish and manufacturing route with you.
Discuss your drawing02 / RF HOUSING · A REPEAT-ORDER PROJECT
This RF housing needed silver plating over a copper undercoat, with a consistent appearance both inside the cavities and on the external surfaces.
ACCEPTED FINISH 01 / THE CHALLENGE
Early plating trials showed uneven colour in both areas. The finish had to be resolved before stable production could follow.
02 / THE WORK BEHIND THE FINISH
OUJI evaluated five plating suppliers. The first four did not achieve the required finish. With the fifth, process improvements focused on water purity in the plating process.
03 / THE RESULT
The selected partner achieved an accepted finish and stable production. The customer places repeat orders approximately every six months.
EARLY TRIAL RECORDS
Exterior and cavity photographs from the early plating trials, before the accepted finish shown above.

EARLY TRIAL 03 / RECORDS FROM THE SAME PROJECT
Specialist plating was carried out by our partner. OUJI coordinated the finishing as part of the manufacturing order.
AT THE PLATING PARTNER A record of the inspection process for this order. Screen and document details are redacted.

The component layout is retained for reference. Technical annotations and customer identifiers have been removed.
Open redacted drawing PDF ↗This case documents the manufacturing and finish-approval process. Numerical coating-thickness and RF performance results are not published.
04 / ORDERING & QUALITY
Sample quantities, the finished condition and the records your purchasing and quality teams need.
| Feature | What your drawing defines | What we review |
|---|---|---|
| Cavities & mating faces | Depths, wall locations, corner radii and the datums for mating faces. | Review tool access, wall support and setup transfers before confirming the machining route. |
| Connector & mounting features | Hole patterns, threads, pilot diameters and burr-sensitive edges. | Locate and inspect the features from the drawing datums, including any finished fit requirements. |
| Plating & uncoated areas | Coating layers, thickness, masking boundaries and dimensions before or after finishing. | Agree the machining allowance, finishing route and required coating records at quotation. |
| Thermal contact surfaces | Contact-face flatness, surface finish and any areas that must remain uncoated. | Set the mechanical checks for the finished surface. Your team verifies the thermal performance of the assembly. |
CNC milling, turning and small-part machining are supported by in-house dimensional inspection.

Our quality approach05 / BEFORE YOU SEND A DRAWING
Send the 3D model and 2D drawing, quantity, material and required delivery date. Include cavity dimensions, connector positions, finish layers, masking and inspection requirements where they are not already in the files. We respond within 1 day and clarify missing details before confirming the quotation.
Yes. CNC milling and turning samples start from 1 piece. Include the expected batch quantity so both stages can be reviewed. Swiss-type and micro machining have a minimum sample order of 100 pieces; single-piece samples are not available for that service.
The quotation confirms the schedule for your drawing, quantity, finishing and inspection requirements. The silver-plated housing case on this page had a 30-day project lead time; that is a project record, not a standard lead time for every RF part. For CNC milling and turning, qualified simple parts can be ready for dispatch in as few as 3 business days from drawing approval and technical confirmation. Specialist plating and additional inspection need their own allowance. Dispatch timing excludes transit; Swiss-type and micro-machining timing is agreed separately.
Yes. State each coating layer, its thickness, the areas to mask and whether the dimensions apply before or after plating. OUJI coordinates specialist plating with qualified partners. The process specification and required coating records are agreed during quotation.
Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, first article records and other agreed quality documents can be provided when specified during quotation. Identify the features to report, your required format and any coating-thickness or material-composition records needed for the order.
OUJI manufactures the mechanical parts to your approved drawings. RF circuit design, tuning and electrical performance validation remain your responsibility unless separately agreed. The manufacturing examples on this page document mechanical processes; they do not establish insertion loss, return loss, frequency response or shielding performance.
Yes. Send your NDA for review before sharing sensitive project files, or ask us for a standard confidentiality agreement.
YOUR NEXT RF & ELECTRONICS PROJECT
Send your drawing and quantity, or describe the part. Include plating and finished-dimension requirements where known. We will respond by email within 1 day.
For housings: plating layers, masked areas and whether dimensions apply before or after finishing. For contacts: sample and batch quantities, fits and burr-sensitive edges. Details already in your files do not need to be repeated.
Prefer email, or need to discuss an NDA first?
